Order Lead Time

In-stock items will ship within 2–5 business days of purchase. Made-to-order and out-of-stock items typically ship within 4–6 weeks unless otherwise noted. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

If you need your order sooner, please reach out to hallie@diamondaupair.com—we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Shipping

Signature is required upon delivery. Diamond Aupair is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. Diamond Aupair is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Diamond Aupair for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

Please note, shipping delays are out of our control.

Returns

All sales are final. Exchanges are available if there is a defect in the product. To be eligible for an exchange, please email hallie@diamondaupair.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned after 14 days will not be processed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.

Non-Returnable Items

All personalized pieces are non-returnable. No refunds or exchanges.

This includes:

– Gift cards

– All special/custom orders

– Deposits for custom pieces

Please note: Any item—custom or non-custom—may not be returned if it has been repaired, altered, or worked on by another jeweler. Diamond Aupair reserves the right to refuse a return or to decline working over another jeweler’s prior work.
